What verified actually means

Four checks, and what each one really involves.

Plenty of agencies say “verified.” Here is exactly what we do, so you can ask anyone else the same questions.

01

Identity

Aadhaar and PAN checked against the issuing database — not a photocopy in a file. We keep the reference, and you get a copy on placement.

02

References

We call every previous household we can reach and ask what the work was actually like. If we could only reach two of four, we tell you that.

03

Work history

Years worked, roles held, and why each position ended — written down before you meet them, not recited to you on the day.

04

Police verification

Filed at the local station for their current and home address. You receive the acknowledgement number, so you can confirm it yourself.

Who we place

Four roles, live-in or live-out.

A cook preparing a meal in a Delhi-NCR home

Cooks

North Indian, South Indian, Bengali and Jain kitchens. Tell us the diet and we match on it rather than hoping it works out.

A nanny with a young child at home

Nannies and childcare

Newborn care through school age. Every childcare placement carries police verification without exception, whatever the arrangement.

An attendant assisting an elderly person at home

Elder care

Attendants for mobility support, medication routines and companionship. Male and female attendants, depending on what your family prefers.

A driver beside a car outside a Gurgaon home

Drivers

Licence and record checked before anything else. School runs, daily commutes, and live-in arrangements where hours are long.

How it works

Five questions, then we do the finding.

You tell us the role, whether it's live-in or live-out, what you can pay, and anything specific to your home — language, diet, pets, timings. That takes about three minutes.

We match against people we have already verified, and send you a shortlist with the full record for each. You meet whoever you want to meet, in your own home, before deciding anything.

Most Delhi-NCR households hear back within two working days.

What it costs

One fee, and it's on this page.

₹14,999

One-time placement fee, paid after they start — not before.

₹0

What the worker pays. Never a joining fee, never a cut of their salary.

3

Replacements included in the first 12 months, if it doesn't work out.

Pro-rata

Refund if we can't replace them within the guarantee period.

Their salary is separate and goes entirely to them. You agree it directly, we never touch it, and we don't take a percentage. The most common complaint in this industry is a non-refundable fee for a placement that never arrives — which is why our refund terms are written down and published in full.

Questions

The things households actually ask us.

What if it isn't working out?

Tell us and we replace them. Three replacements are included in the first twelve months. If we can't find someone suitable, you get a pro-rata refund of the placement fee.

Can I meet them first?

Yes, and you should. We arrange the meeting at your home. Nobody starts work on the same day they first meet you.

How long does it take?

Most households get a shortlist within two working days. Live-in roles with specific language or dietary requirements can take a week or so, because the pool is smaller and we would rather wait than send someone unsuitable.

What salary should I offer?

For live-in roles in Delhi-NCR, roughly ₹18,000–35,000 a month depending on the role, hours and experience, plus a separate room and food. We'll tell you if what you've offered is below what the market is currently paying — an underpaid placement usually ends within weeks.

Do you take a cut of their salary?

No. They pay us nothing at any point, and their salary goes to them in full. Our only revenue is the placement fee you pay.

What about rest hours and a weekly off?

We ask you to state both before we match, and we tell them what you've said. For live-in placements we expect a weekly day off and eight uninterrupted hours of rest. Households that won't offer that, we don't place with.
